The casino is open 24 hours 7 days a week. It is located on an area of 1200 m2 and offers its services by means of personnel of 180 people and a managing body whose members possess international experience. The casino is located in the town of Plovdiv, which is second in size and importance in Bulgaria.  
The city of Plovdiv combines an important part of the historical life of Bulgaria and the special features of a real cosmopolitan city. It is situated on the hills Nebet tepe, Dzhambaz tepe, Taxim tepe (the ancient Plovdiv). On these three hills the history of different epochs of human civilization is preserved. The name of the city of Plovdiv was different during the hundreds of years of its existence and development. It was founded in ІІnd century B.C.E. by Philip II of Macedon and was called Philipopolis. In the Іst century B.C.E. it received the name Trimontium, meaning “three hills”. The Slavs called it Pupludeva and later it was called Puldin and Ploudin, and its present name Plovdiv is the result of exactly these names. The modern city is situated in the Upper Thracian Plane on the two banks of Maritsa river on an area of 52 кm2. The capital Sofia is located 132 кm to the northwest, and the border with Turkey –150 кm to the south of the city. The city is famous for the Maritsa River and the hills of syenite. It is one of the oldest European cities. By reason of the great historical inheritance it is a tourist center of this region of the country. In the city there are 6 universities, 1 musical academy, 4 colleges, 50 secondary schools. The city possesses 6 museums, over 20 private and state art galleries.
